i have a questions

is there anybody to help me to start with bonita just by making some simple program consisted of one table with columns USER ID, NAME and SURNAME and submit button, and when i hit the submit that my database is filled with that data

You will get more help when you say what you have done, rather than ask for a direct solution.

For example have you tried the getting started tutorial, what have you done from that?
