Slowness in Bonita SP User Experience

Hi,

I have installed Bonita-SP-5.10.x with Tomcat bundle 6.0.35 on the linux machine.
But when I login to Bonita User Experience, It takes around 1 hour to load all the processes and each time when I click on processes, it is taking lot of time.

Could you please help me on it.

I see you are using an Subscription Pack version.
It means you have a professional support associated.

You should contact them and they may help you on your issue ?

hello, how many processes did you install ? what is your linux distro, java and database ? (vendor, version)

There are around 50-60 bonita processes and following are the other details:

  1. Java version “1.6.0_45”
  2. Bonita SP 5.10.1 with Tomcat 6.0.35
  3. Database: postgres 9.3
  4. Linux 2.6.32-431.3.1.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Fri Jan 3 21:39:27 UTC 2014 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Same version of bonita is working fine in QA and PRODUCTION environment. But creating a problem in TEST environment.
In logs, I can see following Warning(not sure related to it):
org.bonitasoft.console.common.application.ApplicationURLUtils checkURLConnection WARNING: Fatal transport error: Connection timed out.
