Start instance of process from user experience

Hi,

how can i start an instance of a process(HelpDesk) from the user experience portal?
it's this posible?

i'm asking because i dont want the user do two "logins" ( one for the user experience and one for the process)

  1. Set your users in the Portal, create groups and roles if necessary (at least, a group "All"), as an admin.
  2. Add applications (process) and set the user right (who can start it - you can assign a group, a role, a user as you want).
  3. When a user log in the Portal, he/she will see the application in the "Apps" tab on the top menu, if he/she has the good rights
