I’m not very experienced in Bonita, and I hope someone can help me and point me to the right direction.
Presently, I’m in the process of configuring the system to use the MySQL database. I have followed the tutorial and I have been able to create the tables (including the tenant table). However, I have not been able to publish an organization due to a synchronization problem.
This is the configuration that I have in the platform-tenant-config.properties file
#For tenant
platform.tenant.default.name=default
platform.username=walter.bates
platform.password=bpm
platform.tenant.default.username=install
platform.tenant.default.description=The default tenant
platform.tenant.default.use=true
platform.create=true
platform.tenant.create=true
platform.stop=true
platform.tenant.default.password=install
platform.start=true
I’m using BonitaBPMCommunity-6.3.0 and MySQL server 5.5.

Thanks for your suggestion. I exported and imported the default organization (AGME) successfully. However, this has not solved the problem. The tenant table remains empty. Furthermore, I have tried to publish again the organization and the synchronization message remains.

First, thanks for your interest. This is the link of the tutorial I have followed: http://documentation.bonitasoft.com/tomcat-bundle. I have only followed the part of modifying the default database.
I extracted the configuration values of the platform-tenant-config.properties from this video tutorial in YouTube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mB-a3KERcCg and I also have tried this values: http://svn.bonitasoft.org/6/bonita-web/bos-web/trunk/common/common-config/src/main/resources/platform/conf/platform-tenant-config.properties with the same results.
