I have a tenant, and I need to create another tenant, but, this new tenant needs to perform actions on the first tenant items.
Is there any way to share content among tenants?
Why not just get your T2 to talk to T! via REST?

This will allow you to do Data and Processes.

What do you mean “share content”? Are you talking Data, Process etc.

I looked for something similar, but without success.
