The task could not be assigned to the user

Hello everybody. I am having a problem with bonitasoft, when I try to make a connection between a service and the bonitasoft scheme, the following error occurs, "The task could not be assigned to the user", this error does not always appear, sometimes it works correctly and other times it fails. Can someone help me with this problem?.

The version of Bonita is "Bonita BPM Comunnity-7.5.2".

Java version ojdbc6.0

Oracle database  "Oracle 11g - impl - 1.0.10"

Hi Iluntze,

first of all i would suggest you to upgrade to the latest Bonita Version (2021.1) and then upgrade the oracle driver to latest available version also

of course, you may share your engine logs so that we can understand you issue
