can I have two connectors in the same service task or should I have one connector per service task?
my two connectors are Mysql and Alfresco.

Technically you can have two (or more) connectors in the same service task.
Then it’s up to you whether to make it clear at the diagram level which task does what or if it doesn’t matter too much and you want to reduce the number of tasks.

That is correct. You can also define a human task with one or more in/out connectors.
However, I noticed that in both cases, Bonita will inform you that “You should have only one connector per task to have a BPMN2 compliant design”. Maybe this is relevent for you.
