UI Designer can not open

well I used internet explorer , Crom and Mozilla and same result. I installed bonita bpm 7 in two pc which have windows 7 ultimate servis pack1 and UI designer works fine . Home edition which i use at work UI designer does not work. Probably the problem is not related with operating system but according to my observation I have noticed that. Example In the version 6 of Bonita, after execution of the model I am recieving eror not 404 but another when a user log off to log in for another user.

I have the same problem.
http://localhost:8080 works and tomcat page appears.
Bonita BPM Protal works well.
But when I click on UI Designer for a few seconds I see the message " Tomcat server is booting in background…" and a new browser is opened. But the message is:
“HTTP Status 404 - /designer/
type Status report
message /designer/
description The requested resource is not available.
Apache Tomcat/7.0.55”
Who can help me ?
