CAS is implemented successfully but unable to login with technical user. I read a document where it was mentioned that even after CAS implementation technical user will not be redirected and checked through CAS, it will always be authenticated internally based on the username that is the defined in the configuration.
The fact that you’re using Subscription means you can go directly to Bonitasoft support. Community don’t have the CAS option so it is unlikely anyone will know the issue.
The quickest way to get your answer I suspect will be to go Bonitasoft direct.

If your system is using single sign-on with CAS, you need to log in with the following URL: http://hostname:port/bonita/login.jsp?redirectUrl=portal/homepage.
