Urgent ! Need to answer client queries to pitch in Bonitasoft

I have mailed twice to discuss an urgent requirement using Contact Us. No body is replying. Pls reply to logicallimit@gmail.com. We are competing with other products to pitch in bonitasoft and want to answer some critical queries raised by customer. Does anybody ever reads the queries raised through Contact Us?

I don’t work for Bonitasoft but I’m sure you should have received some sort of acknowledgement email that your contact us submission had been made. If not that will be very interesting.

I don’t know when you submitted your requests but you should be aware that most of Europe and the US have extended vacations at the moment for the Christmas and New Year with most companies back at work on the 4th January.

However, this is not an excuse, their email system should reply with this information or method of getting in contact in case of an urgent requirement.

I cannot say for sure but I’m sure you will hear from someone at Bonitasoft very soon to follow-up with your enquiry. Believe in the Force…

hanks a lot Sean for replying. Now with that vacation information in my knowledge, I cany hold client for some time definitely.

By the way one of the important question among the questionnaire was to let client know how many users can bonitasoft support. The user base of client may grow from 8000 initial to 20-25000 users in few years with each user having 5-8 documents approx of 300kb size.

May you can share some information on this.

What kind of infrastructure would be required to support such a system and before that can bonitasoft support such a load? Secondly, how the licensing would be done for such a requirement.
