Delete a case

I have a user who is added to the process manager profile. I create an application and set the default profile to process manager. Everything is working fine. This user can see the cases of a certain process (I already gave the process permission) however, when the user tries to delete a case, he is getting Access denied. For more information, check the log file.

which version are you using? There was a known issue on previous versions, with a possible workaround. This answer might be helpful: https://community.bonitasoft.com/node/37482#node-37673
