Legacy forms are not visible in Pending tasks for a user

I have a process where i use 6.x legacy forms and no contracts are defined.
When i start a process, the first form is visible and the user fills in necessary details.
Once he submits the form, the request is assigned to an actor.
But when the actor checks his pending tasks, there are no forms visible to him in the portal.
The only thing which he can see are information about the connectors, comments, technical details etc.
Seems to be weird.

Am i missing something or doing anything wrong?

You say it's 6.x but what are you running it in...

Hi,

Running it on version 7.1.
Migrating the processes from version 5.10.2. So keeping the old forms by selecting 6.x while creating a new form . I am not using the UI designer.

OK, I say STOP.

Read the official documentation on migration from 5.x to 7.x

you MUST

  1. 5.x to 5.10 Done
  2. 5.10 to 6.x Possibly done
  3. 6.x to 7.0 NOT done
  4. 7.0 to 7.1+ NOT done

You must follow the proper sequence otherwise you will have problems....
