Workflow navigation when more than one cases started - Redirect to next task widget

hi all,

our flow is composed of 5 lanes, for 5 different roles.
There is no instatiation form, even more the first lane contains only service tasks for initializing process variables for the next steps.
The second layer contains more than one user task for the same actor (we implemented actor selectors).
The issue is that if a user starts 2 or more instances of the process, and sumbits the first form of the first case, the page (tasklistinguser), does not refresh the todo list (or there is a latency?), and meanwhile the first form of the second case is shown on the right pane.

Meanwhile i have donwloaded Redirect to next task widget

but does not seem to apply in the default bonita portal.

Could you please guide me on this?
