Always walter.bates to run the diagram

created an organization… DONE
created the users… DONE
Then:
Configure the users…DONE
Configure the login… DONE

The user I have created and configure to start is: mario.buyer

The error:
Run has failed while undeploying the process
Attempt to login with user walter.bates has failed! Please check that user exists in the active organization and/or that the password is correct in your run configuration of E-Commerce (1.0).

I really get frustrated with this error, because I have done all the steps to run with custom organization and users.

Hi.
To reach your goal you have to follow these steps:

  1. create an organization and completly define it
  2. publish the new organization
  3. click on cofigure
  4. configure the actor mapping
  5. configure the authentication for the process
  6. Check if profiles are assigned to the users using Administrator view of the Bonita Portal
  7. run the process.

Following these steps it should works.

Go to Configure, then to Athentication, remove Walter, put the one you have identify as actor in the pool you want to run

Have you published your organisation ?

Did all the seven steps including publishing the organization and getting the same error as above.

I had to re do the diagram and create another organization.
