Automatic process create based on files in a directory

Hi

I’m new in Bonita. My first project is to create a document management project. My scanned documents are in a folder, and I would like to generate a new process for every file. My notion is, that the user will see that new document arrived, can show the document (directly, or via link), and choose the next step.
Any help welcome, how can I begin
