Hi,

I need to know how to store a field for a department name within the Bonita Portal. Is there a field for this portal currently in Bonita?

Yes, it’s in the Organization.

Tool Bar → Organization → Manage

Select your Organization (Acme) → Next

In Bonitasoft Departments are called Groups.

For this case the department is synchronized with Active Directory groups and is needed another exclusively for the department. We have used another field that was not being used in the bonita portal.
