Cannot import files to Bonita

Hi there,

I’m using Bonita v7.5.2. Currently, everytime when I want to import BOS files from my team mates, it shows an error msg. It says ‘This BOS archive is not valid.’ and didn’t provide any other information.
What could I do?

The .bos file you shared has been built with Bonita version 7.5.4. So it’s normal that you cannot import it in Bonita version 7.5.2.

I managed to successfully import it in my Studio 7.5.4 Community Edition.

Hi,

Did your team mate use the same version (7.5.2)?
Also maybe they are using the Subscription Edition and you are using Community?

If you can share the .bos file your are trying to import (or another simple .bos file) I can test it on my side.

My team mates are using same version and same edition like mine. We both use Community Edition. That’s why I feel confused.
Besides, how can I share the .bos file to you? G-drive?
