Catch Message Can't Find Throw Message On Another Diagram

Hi,

I want to send a message that the review is completed on one diagram and receive it on another diagram, but the drop-down menu of catch message is empty.

Please help me, thanks. T_T

Hi,

For performance matters, all messages events belonging to other diagrams are not referenced here. BUT, you can manually enter the message name and it will work at runtime.

The name to enter is PI/SP regarding your screenshots. Not CI/PL.
Can you be more explicit when you say:

Yes, I entered "PI/SP".
I mean the next process of catch message cannot go CI/PL.

Any logs in the Runtime logs that may help ?

I restarted the Bonita engine and followed the process.
As a result, the CI/PL appeared in the diagram of the throw message,

but the diagram CI/PL of the diagram I executed the catch message disappeared.

There might be a display bug in the Studio that make the event name disappear in the cacth message combobox.
