Using Bonita 6.4.2. I looking for an employee onboarding process. Where new employee could see documents he needs to fill out as well as add a electronic signature. Process will also need a at the task at the beginning of the process that ask for customer personal information. I saw the community example in the process library and it work but need to be able to load documents for new employee to see and then new employee needs to be able to add signature.
For the signature part, using signed PDF might be a good option to consider.
Also I know that it’s possible to integrate Bonita BPM with electronic signature solutions that can rely, for example, on smart card reader, certificate and Java applet for integration in the web browser.
I can see what you want to do, and this is all possible, but what is your actual question?
Is this possible? Yes.
Can the process show Documents, Yes within reasonable requirement.
Can you add a signature, well what do you mean by signature? A picture, a text stream, a signature written using an electronic pen?
Need much more information, and you need to design your process…
