Help needed in modeling a process

I have business process to be modeled and implemented in bonitasoft. Can someone model and implement that process for me?

I’ll be honest having had looked at this, this is a lot of work…

and because you’re obviously working for a profit making company,

not offering this as a consultancy job and simply asking the community to do it is a little uummmm…well it doesn’t sit well with me.

While others may see that they want to work as an intern…it’s not for me.

Thanks for having a look at it Sean. It is a POC I am carrying out to test and understand the capabilities of Bonitasoft. I have come a long way and right now and preparing screens for it.

I am now using flat single BDM object to store applicant data rather than composition of objects as earlier. Was getting difficult to retrieve values.

However, I will definitely update the files by the end of this week that I have shared on google drive once I am done with all screens and application.May be it would help community members who are freshers like me. Also do let me know, if there is any place in this site to post some kind of tutorial. I would like to post this POC as a tutorial.

However, I am still stuck up in file upload functionality. In the process, applicant uploads documents, which approver needs to view and if anything wrong, then only upload a new one by inviting the applicant to email fresh documents offline. But the approver screen shows error message if I do not select file to upload.

Can you please help me in this problem.

rather than sharing email addresses etc. why not just post it on an open share then we can all have a look. I don’t share my email address for reasons of unwanted spam etc.

Sorry for the delay. Since I am new to bonita, I took time to model the process. I have uploaded the .bos file at google drive with public access.

I will upload an excel file that carries all the details for what field to be shown at each step, which to be kept hidden or read only or not to be used while making “contract”.
To brief about the process:

This is an agent recruitment process where sales agents are hired by company. The application has to be deployed on internet where the home page of application would be the instantiation form for the pool. This page has to be publicly available and applicants can fill the form online, upload relevant documents and submit it. When form gets submitted, the company employees start validating data in a workflow and after finally the candidate may get on-board or rejected.

Can you guys help me in implementing this. The major challange I feel is file upload thing. I am really not sure how it works.
