What do you mean by evaluating the application. It’s your application. You should know if it works, and evaluate it? Evaluate it against what?
There have been attempts to design an algorithm of process “acceptability” but these have never left the PHD stage.
Have a search in google for process complexity algorithm and you’ll see what I mean.
