I don’t think there is a maximum, haven’t tried it by I certainly have more than 500 entries (users, groups, etc.). However I do NOT have 500 people using the system at any one time - we maybe have 10-20 active users and 250 active tasks.
But in truth that’s probably not what you’re asking. What I think you want to know is how many CONCURRENT Users can use community? That is near impossible to guess and gauge and depends on your processes. You will have to do lots of your own tests.
Note that Community is restricted by CPU sizing etc. so be careful. I think a single CPU so on a dual CPU Xeon based server will only still work on one CPU, therefore limiting it’s throughput.
Sorry can’t be more help.

Thanks, actually wanted to know if there are any limitations on how many users to create.
I do not mean concurrents.
But in the community version could have 100 concurrent users?
In a server of 16gb of ram and 6 colors
I understand that I can use a U balancer and the database on another server?
The database yes, on a different server,
but advice is not to try to use a Load Balancer with two copies of Community running on two different servers. This would open you up to many issues of concurrency etc. Though a very interesting idea…
could you explain more?
thanks and regards
