Hi, this is the full message that appears when I start a task

Bonita website opens correctly, but do not let me start the task and that’s the only thing that shows the log

Can you log on the Portal with the user account you are using for the API ?

If I can, from Bonita Studio start to run the process, start session with the user defined in the configuration, but when I start the task waits unanswered and returns me that error log

Can you check that the user used is part of the Actor of the Task? Please check the Actor Mapping in the Configuration Environment.
