How much Java (or other language) do I need to know?

Hi

I’ve downloaded the community edition to investigate the capabilities of BonitaBPM and am working through the tutorial videos.

One thing I haven’t found yet is how much Java do I need to know to make the product work?
Should I be looking at business analyst type skills to create the process map and then programmers to work up the actual code side?
