How to login new runtime env. ?

Hi,guys.

     I download bonita runtime and start it success. but I can't login all user with password 'bpm'.  How to create a runtime admin user?  thanks a lot.

Hi lizong.wei,

When you first install the platform, there aren't any users created by default. You will have to create them manually, or import an organization or synchronize your LAP or AD with the platform.

At first,  you can only connect with the tenant administrator (by default, the user is : install / install).

For security reason, it's important to change the credentials of the tenant and the platform administrator, when you install your platform, see the documentation here: https://documentation.bonitasoft.com/bonita/7.11/first-steps-after-setup 

Once connected with the tenant administrator, you can import the organization: https://documentation.bonitasoft.com/bonita/7.11/import-export-an-organization

In addition, if you want to create manually a user, 

1/ connect as Install install (or log with an existing user, and access the Administration page)

2/ go to Organization/ User then add a user. 

3/ don't forget to register the user under the administrative profile.
