Message link created but I get an i icon 'the activity has no incoming link it will be used as a possible start activity'

I’ve created a throw and message between pools - the link shows as created but with an i showing. When I hover over it I get the message ‘the activity has no incoming link it will be used as a possible start activity’.

Anyone able to point me in the right direction here?

if this is in the same pool about saleApproved. Delete the message it’s not needed and, hope you don’t mind, read up on messages.

you may need to use Start Message Event (the green one).
