(not really, but similar in delivery tracking, geo stuff, billing, rating, signups, dashboards)
Do any Bonita customers do similar today?

Bonita platform is great for any application based on workflows/processes. I am not an expert but pizza delivery business sounds like a valid use case to me as it is based on the extended use of data, processes/workflow and screens.
But it is not only about the use case. The right choice will depend on how technical your IT team is/will be, how big you want to invest, how flexibility you need, etc.
