All users in group see a task ?

Hi,

I’m using Bonita 7.1.5 Community Edition. I have a process where the Actor is mapped to a group. When a user in the group initiates the process, and takes the first task, other users in the group can not see the task in their Task List. Is there a way to configure the Actor Mapping so that all users in the group can see the task, even if its assigned to a different user ?

Nope, you would have to change Bonitasoft source to allow this to happen.

Only unassigned tasks are visible to all, assigned tasks are only visible to the assignee and Administrators.

Why would you even want this to happen?

Imagine if your email was visible to all your work colleagues…
