I need to host the output of my PBMN to my own server, is that possible?

You can export BPMN. Go to File (or Diagram) > Export as > BPMN 2.0. Note, this only exports the notation and not the actual application. You can export the design time elements into another studio using File (or Diagram) > Export. You can export a process application to run on another server by going to Server > Build which will create a .bar file that can be installed on other servers
