It is doable but not recommended at all to use h2 as a production database.
If you have issue regarding the deployment of Bonita on MySQL I would recommend to post them in a new topic on this forum. If you already did that please add the link to your post as a comment on this answer.
Also if you don’t manage to get Bonita running with MySQL I would suggest PostgreSQL rather then h2 as an alternative database.
