Bonita Open Solution is by default available in Spanish, English and French. However we have noticed a growing interest for other languages among our community members. After several weeks of development in partnership with our friends from Talend, we are delighted to announce the launch of our new community translation tool: Babili.
Babili gives our large multicultural and multilingual community the ability to translate the user interfaces of our tools into their own languages, making Bonita better adapt to local needs!
Translating Bonita Open Solution with Babili is easy: you can create your language project, access character strings available for translation and submit your own version. It can be done either online - through BonitaSoft.org website - or remotely, using “Babili Remote” desktop software. Here is a quick tutorial on how to use this powerful translation tool:

After signing up, you enter into translation site. You may select on the top left hand corner the “project” from the list of Bonita programs and choose the language you want to translate. After refreshing these settings, you should now see the strings of characters available for translation as well as the translation status for the corresponding language. You can also download Babili remote’s workbench by clicking the button “bulk” on the top right corner.
Once the translation project is completed and validated, localization packages will be installed into the next release of Bonita Open Solution.
