Akteur assignment does not work
Hi, i´m working with Bonita 6.3.6 and have actually finished defining my process. When the process is executed and reaches a certain point, the following task has to be solved by another akteur. In this next task, the akteur is defined, as well as in the organization. But anyways, when I execute the process, every task is assigned to the user who started the process, even the one that should be assigned to another user. Can anybody see my mistake? I´m quite new in Bonita... Thanks a lot in advance.

Click on the pool: this is where you will see the list of actors defined in the process and set an actor as an initiator.
There are 2 main steps to define who can do which task: 1. Define the actors: by selecting a lane or a specific task if needed. 2. Map these actors with your organization (in Bonita Studio, go in Configure -> Actor mapping). You can also do that in Bonita Portal as Administrator.
Note that an actor can be a specific user or a group of users: it will be defined by the actor mapping.

Actually i did everything you mentioned. In the configuration menu, every actor has an user, group and a role. I have defined 2 lanes, every of them has been assigned to a specific actor.

Unfortunately not, the task is still assigned to the actor who worked on the previous task....
The problem is solved.
