Can bonitasoft support the following feature

Dear Sir/Mdm,

Currently, I have a request from my company to create a workflow process. I thought it might be quite a challenge as its not a straight forward task. Can Bonitasoft support these special features.

Workflow for Event application submission for approval (2-level approval system)** Here is the scenario Step 1) Administrator creates list of events with specific time and date. When the event is near, it will trigger an email reminder to target user to submit an application for approval. Step 2)When the application been submitted, the 1st level manager will approved it. It will then send an email to 2nd level manager to endorse it. Step 3)When the 2nd level manager had endorsed it, the system will automatically send an email notification to user to inform him that the application has been approved. Step 4) The system will then update the application for the event has been completed and to remind the user to go ahead with event.
