can't assign header names for my table widget

hi, just populated a table widget from a database using a variable list of lists ,it works fine except my table has no headers name i want to add a header name for each of my comumns!? can you help me please?

Hi. You need to add a list of Header in the "Horizontal header values" field of your Table. And also you need to click on the icon on thr right of this field to activate the Header.

please can you be more explicit how to add this list ,when i add a variable java.util.list and i give default values the whole process stop working ,i dont understand i activated the header yes
