Is there any way that to link two UI forms in bonita 7.0.3?

I have an UI form and when I click on the Submit button I need to get another form with some fields to be displayed. Is there any possibility of getting this.If so, please help me with this.

There is a solution for 7.1.x in the projects page, but not for 7.0.3. If you really need it for that level you could try to disassemble this version and make your own...
