User profiles can't view data in form bonita, Bonita Runtime in an existing Tomcat server

Dear community,

User profiles can't view data in form, all filed are empty, but is working fine for administrator profiles

my process :

  • task 1 : simple form and user fills and save the form
  • task 2 : same form, but all form field are empty ( working fine for administrator profiles the form is not empty )

data base : postgres

I have mapped the user and administrator profiles in bonita pro bonita portal

Any help on this issue please ?
