What are the steps to configure Apache Open LDAP with Bonita Tomcat

Hello,
I have followed the steps mentioned in the documentation website.

After updating the values in Jaas.cfg file and setenv.bat , what is required next.
How to use LDAP users in place of Standard bonita demo users ? Just starting tomcat does not have any impact.What steps are needed after updating the values ?
Do we need to perform sync between Bonita and LDAP ? How to sync users in community version?

could someone share the steps from start to finish ?
