New theme for the Bonita Community website

Dear Community,

I am proud to announce that we are introducing a brand new theme for the Bonita Community website. Based on Bootstrap, it is more up-to-date, easier to read, better adapted to different screen sizes and devices, with a responsive design. I would like to thank the Bonitasoft IT team, and especially Fabien Bel, who did this amazing job.

We are aware of the importance of the knowledge base, so, of course, all the content previously created is still available.

Improvements

Along with the theme itself, we have upgraded some sections of the website:

• The module managing the "Projects" section is now the same as on Drupal.org. It is easier to browse shared projects, and it is now possible to manage issues about them.
• The "Social" section has been simplified. As the groups were unused, we removed this feature. This page will now link to Bonitasoft's social accounts. The list of members is still available.
• The "Ideas" section has been improved, and we really hope that you will use it to share your ideas and suggestion with us.
• In "Answers" it is now very easy to add code, and is it well displayed with line numbers, colors, and more.

Markdown editor

The default content editor was not very good, created poor quality html, and sometime was even tricky to use. After a review of different content editors on websites used by developers, we noticed that Markdown is very popular. For this reason, we are introducing a new content editor, based on Markdown.

You will see on the screenshot that this is really easy to use. If you are already using Stackoverflow or Github, you already know how to create content with it.

Feedback

We did many tests to ensure that everything was working well. But as developers, you know that after production, there are always a few things we didn't catch. If you notice an issue, please leave us a comment on this post, or open an issue on our tracker.
