Bonitasoft Architecture

Hi everyone,

I need your help to understund how bonitasoft works ? i'm talking about the architecture of Bonitasoft, especially the part which is reserved to the BAM (Business Activity Monitoring).
Also could you please tell me how to customize the BAM using Bonitasoft, because when i read the documentation of Bonitasoft all what i'm getting is how to define KPIs !
