documenting the project

Is there any option by which I could document the complete project and hand it over to the user?
By that I mean the list of all recognized objects, their characteristics, the forms I generated, ....
etc.
Very often, my clients ask to have an electronic/paper view of the results of recording business processes, database structures, etc.
This especially refers to the process where after recording I do modeling of data (entities), relations between them, etc.
I generate examples of forms and the like, in order to get the consent of the client to continue the work.
