Can the Technical User Portal be styled differently from Standard Portal?

Have implemented a multi-tenant environment, and are wondering if it is possible to style a Technical User's Portal (the one where you update the BDM) differently from the Standard Portal. For example, could we replace the logo for this view so that it indicates what Tenant you are accessing?

Our concern is that if someone tries to update the BDM when they are not logged into the correct Tenant - they would most likely break another application!

*We would like to indicate the tenant clearly to the technical user, but not reveal the tenant to a standard user.
