Can't resume BPM services after deploy BDM

After installing the database in production environment with the technical user, I cannot resume the BPM services. I click the resume button and it loads for a couple of seconds but it doesn't resume the services. I'm using Bonita 2021.1, apache-tomcat on Ubuntu 18.04 server and Postgres 11.16 database on Amazon. I've tried to use the solutions that have been mentioned in other posts but it doesn't work.

I increased the CPU and RAM resources of the server and the error persisted. I decided to switch to MySQL and there I did not have this problem. Surely, for it to work with Postgres, some additional configuration related to the XAResource must be made.
