How to represent an identical start event for several lanes ?

Hi everyone,
I want to create an incident management workflow. The starting event of the process is when an employee or a customer notes the incident. How can i affect the same starting event to several lanes ? (customer and employee)

Je veux créer un diagramme de flux de gestion d'incidents. Le déclencheur du processus c'est quand un employé ou un client constate un incident. Comment je peux affecter l'événement déclencheur (identique) à plusieurs lanes ? (client et employé)

This one is the BEST answer!

You could submit the task and then execute parallel tasks to submit to each. The first to employee would be an action task, the one to the customer would be an email task (information),
