Issues with default reports

Hello,

Whenever I try to export one of the four default reports, my browser is sent to http://127.0.0.1:8080/... instead of the correct url. Additionally, elements in each of the grids are clickable, but all bring me to a blank/empty page in the portal.

I guess you are talking about Analytics and Reports in Bonita Portal (Enterprise feature).

Can you provide the Bonita version and the web browser you are using please?

If you were previously using an oldest Bonita version or run various Bonita versions from time to time locally, you may need to clean your browser cache to avoid going to the blank page.
