ldap synchronizer don't synchronize the password?

I configured the synchronizer however I can not login with the users that I scan from LDAP,
I have to change the password, and which is totally different with my AD password.

LDAP objects supported
The synchronizer will synchronize LDAP objects that inherit from the "person" class as users in Bonita. The synchronizer application does not support user meta data and cannot synchronize passwords. A new user password is initialized with the user name.

So, does this explain my situation? the synchronizer doesn't synchronize the password?
Or did I forgot to configure any part?

Turns out that all the passwords are same with the username.
If the username is test2018 the password is test2018 too.
So how the LDAP works here?
