Is it possible to integrate Bonita with a subscription billing service to manage access to bonita based on customers payment status? If so, how would this be done? What system (bonita or billing software)would control access for users to login to living application?

For example, https://www.chargebee.com
or open source https://github.com/service-bot

Hello - this is called monetization and it could be done in multiple ways (usually a private/public Cloud).

The first question you will need to answer is: do you want to do it with the Community or Enterprise edition? If you want to do this with the later, do not hesitate to contact Bonitasoft from here.
