How to connect a task of a pool with another task of another pool?

Bonita version: 6.3.8 Mac OS

Yes, but what if you don't have a message event between the two pools? In BPMN 2.0 you can have message flow (dotted line with arrow) between pool tasks and even between pools. Can you do this in Bonitasoft 7?

Can you indicate exactly to which connection you are referring to? There is a list of possible connection in the table 12.35 in BPMN 2.0 specification (chapter 12.3.3). Thanks.

You can do it using message events .

"NO You can NOT do it, but instead you may use message events ."

I cannot connect tasks between two different pools. Message event will not connect no matter how I try to set. BPNM 2 allows a dotted line to be connected (for message passing) for this purpose. Any help would be appreciate.

Can you share your diagram as a .bos file? You can for example upload it on Google Drive or Dropbox.
