Get Error Item not Found when completing a task
Hello,
I have a form that goes through different approval actors. The last step in the process is to close the form. When I close the form, I get this error: "Item not Found Oups...This item is not available anymore. You will be redirected to a safest place.". When I click the Ok button displayed in this prompt, the site just hangs. What would cause such an error?

Are you using a form created in Bonita, or an external form? Is it the same form used on different human steps or do you have different forms? Are you executing your tasks through Bonita Portal?
You are using a very old version of Bonita, released more than six years ago. If possible for you, you should consider upgrading to a more recent version, you can get some help more easily.

Maybe you have a redirect URL on a submit button of your form. What is the url that you get redirected to when "you close the form" at the end (the page that shows "Item not found...")?
