How to get the history of the users who claimed and who released the task??

I researched this over the weekend and couldn't work it out either.

Hi Boyapati,

don't know if you've seen the tracker update, anyway - I've suggested it be closed as the facility is in the Subscription Model. My suggestions on doing it in Community are:

From my mind there are two ways it can be implemented:

Both require the development of a new database table recordedActions (and arch_recordedActions)

1) Recode the Take and Release code to record the action into the new table, this could be actioned async to ensure the speed of service

or

2) Add a database table field trigger (database dependent) such that when a take/release is undertaken the appropriate action takes place.to add a record to the new table.

While I agree that it is basic to the function of Workflow, I also see that for those that can afford to purchase the Subscription model there are many extra features, like that one here.
