How to give logout link : "click here" on conformation page

I would also like similar thing. My use case is I want end user to be able to change password after login. I create an app to update his user password now I want that once user submits and password changes the user should logout of the portal. This is to make sure that user's session is not invalidate due to password change.

This can be resolved by giving custom confirmation message. Select the task you want , go to Application tab Click on Confirmation section. Within this you can write a custom message which can include HTML contents as well so write something like Click here in the confirmation message column and it should work.
